We want you to love your new White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Download Shipping Label
Select your preferred return shipping method and download the prepaid postage label provided by the portal.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code to use on your next White Fox haul.
